FMCG and Retail Recruitment

With reference to Martin Veasey Talent Solutions and working closely with Roheela, I was successfully placed in my current position as Site Operations General Manager. During this time Roheela has maintained a close and professional relationship, with respect to my personal career progression and looked to support my role, with access to advice and guidance on issues pertaining to recruitment.

The recruitment process was tailored for the role and it has since become clear that Roheela clearly understood the Operations role and more importantly the culture of the company.  The process quickly and efficiently moved from a broad understanding of my operations experience to some targeted questions relating to my own personal motivations and goals. Once shortlisted I was then given a detailed brief of the appointment, where Roheela and I discussed and felt, were aligned with my own personal career goals. Prior to the interview process, I was well equipped with all the information supplied by Roheela and felt confident that I would indeed be a good match for the position.
